Since winter 2021, we have been running the Fellacher Bed & Breakfast and look forward to welcoming you. Chrigel is a true Adelboden native, a farmer and postman by trade. He enjoys calves, cows, delivering mail, and meeting people. His favorite machines: mules, Twister tractors, and cattle transporters. Katrin comes from the Oberaargau region and works as a business administrator and tourism specialist. She enjoys haymaking, books, biking, winter sports, and also meeting guests. Her favorite machines: an HP Elitebook, a hay crane, and some Makita gadget or other.

Alpine cheese We sell Adelboden Alpine cheese, from the alpine pastures where our cows graze at altitudes of 1600 to 2000 meters above sea level. At the end of summer, we receive the cheese wheels for further aging. After six months, the cheese develops its typical, spicy aroma. The cheese is produced according to the AOP guidelines, meaning "protected designation of origin." Depending on your preference, the cheese can be aged for up to one or two years. And by the way: Alpine cheese is naturally latcose-free and makes an ideal souvenir!Element Link Listenelement 1

dried meat We sell fine dried meat from the meat of our cows. This is produced using traditional methods during the winter months in Frutigen.Element Link Listenelement 3

Mixed packages The meat comes from animals that live on our farm and are raised according to the QM Swiss Meat guidelines. The animals have regular access to pasture during the winter months and graze from spring to autumn. The meat is processed in our small slaughterhouse in Frutigen, thus minimizing transport distances.Element Link Listenelement 2
